A Memorable Visit: Our Hungarian Partner Team Tours Shenzhen Factory, Deepening Collaboration & Exploring Future Innovations

Recently, we were pleased to welcome an 8-member client team from Hungary to our factory in Shenzhen. This year marks the first cooperation between both companies, and the visit became a valuable opportunity for face-to-face communication, product discussions, and future project exchanges.
The clients mainly focus on event production, advertising projects, and creative visual installations in the European market. During their journey across China, the team traveled from Shanghai and Anhui down to Shenzhen and arranged a special visit to our factory to meet with our team in person, learn more about our products, and discuss future cooperation possibilities.
Rather than a traditional business inspection visit, the atmosphere throughout the meeting was relaxed, open, and highly productive. Both teams spent time exchanging ideas about lighting applications, installation concepts, and upcoming project directions for entertainment, event, and architectural environments.
During the factory visit, the client team toured our production lines and gained a closer understanding of our manufacturing process, product assembly procedures, aging tests, quality control workflow, and customization capabilities. The clients showed strong interest in our experience with pixel lighting products and discussed different installation possibilities and creative applications with our engineering and sales teams.
One of the key highlights of the visit was the inspection of the client’s current order — our popular 1-meter D50mm 3D Pixel Tube with black housing. At the time of the visit, the products were still undergoing aging tests on the production line, allowing the clients to directly observe the lighting effects, color consistency, signal stability, and overall product finishing during operation.
The D50mm 3D Pixel Tube has become one of our best-selling products for immersive lighting installations, stage environments, and creative event applications. Featuring 360-degree illumination and smooth RGB color blending, the product supports dynamic pixel effects and is compatible with professional DMX512 and SPI control systems. The black housing version selected by the client is especially suitable for high-end event projects where cleaner visual integration and stronger lighting contrast are required.
After seeing the products operating on-site, the clients expressed great satisfaction with the lighting effects, product quality, and overall manufacturing standards. The visit also allowed both teams to discuss practical installation details, structural possibilities, and future customization directions for upcoming projects.
In addition to the current pixel tube order, both sides also had in-depth conversations about other LED product categories and creative lighting solutions. Topics included LED screen applications, LED strip integration, and customized triangular LED panel designs for decorative and immersive environments. Several ideas were exchanged regarding how different lighting products could work together within larger event spaces and interactive visual installations.
As event and entertainment projects continue evolving, clients increasingly require lighting products that combine visual creativity with installation flexibility and stable performance. Throughout the discussions, both teams shared insights into market trends, project experiences, and the growing demand for customized lighting structures in commercial and entertainment applications.
Our team also introduced some of our customization capabilities for project-based production, including different tube diameters, housing colors, control methods, mounting solutions, and structural designs for complex lighting installations. The clients showed strong interest in how flexible LED products can support more creative and large-scale project concepts in the future.

Meeting clients face-to-face helps both sides better understand project expectations, technical details, and creative goals that are often difficult to fully communicate online.
