The December visit provided an important opportunity for both teams to reconnect in person and review the latest developments in DMX-controlled and pixel-based lighting systems.
Rather than a formal presentation alone, the visit was structured as a hands-on technical exchange. Both sides discussed real project experiences, explored evolving market requirements in the entertainment and architectural lighting sectors, and reviewed how Ledcolourlight solutions are being applied in large-scale installations.
A key focus of the discussion was the continued evolution of immersive lighting applications, where precision control, system stability, and creative flexibility are increasingly critical.
Exploring 3D Pixel Tube Innovation in Real Applications
During the exchange, particular attention was given to Ledcolourlight’s 3D pixel tube series, including 40mm and 50mm models, which have been widely adopted in stage design, media facades, themed environments, and commercial installations.
The discussion centered on how these products perform in real-world projects, especially in environments requiring dynamic animation effects, synchronized pixel mapping, and flexible creative design.
Support for DMX512 and ArtNet protocols, along with compatibility with industry-standard software platforms such as Madrix, MadMapper, and Resolume, was reviewed in detail. The ability to achieve individual pixel control was highlighted as a key advantage for designers working on complex visual systems.
Different diffuser options—including clear, black, and opal finishes—were also evaluated based on brightness control, diffusion uniformity, and application-specific requirements. Installation flexibility was another important topic, with mounting accessories such as clips, brackets, and suspension systems discussed for both permanent architectural integration and temporary stage setups.
Inside Our Manufacturing and Quality Control Process
As part of the visit experience, the UK partner was invited into our production and quality control facilities to observe how Ledcolourlight products are developed, assembled, and tested.
The walkthrough covered each stage of our manufacturing process, from component assembly and system integration to final testing and packaging. Our engineering and production teams shared how consistency and precision are maintained across different product lines.
In the quality control section, we demonstrated aging tests, waterproof performance validation, and final inspection procedures. These processes are especially important for outdoor lighting projects, where long-term durability and environmental resistance are critical.
Our compliance with CE and RoHS certifications was also reviewed in the context of European project requirements.
